Print ads, aka Print media advertising, is a form of advertising in printing materials, such as newspapers, magazines, booklets, etc. They are used to promote businesses, products, and services to consumers or businesses. Below are print ads that I created for various companies over the years…

Job: Business First Ad, 2012
Type: Print Ad/Insert
Client: NOCO
Description:
This was a corporate ad for both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer). Normally orange was used for consumer based ads, and green was used for business based ads. Here I needed to come up with a meld of them and still keeping with the NOCO style. I was proud of this ad and felt it was the start of a better look for the NOCO style with introducing a thin orange strip into the design. It just seemed to add a nice coordinating element from the top to the bottom.

Print Ad – Buffalo Games
Creative Child Magazine (Back Cover), 2004
This was a full page back cover print ad to promote the family games VisualEyes (the newest game that year), with an inset of the game iMagiNiff.
Besides designing the packaging for both games in this ad, I also 3D rendered the images to cut down on cost and time for a photoshoot. At the time there was a trend to use non traditional picture boxes, instead of rectangles, so I capitalized on that trend. I also decided on using a non-straight-on angle because I wanted to create more dynamics to the ad.
